Actually scratch that, it will work as long as it had the VSS sensor on the differential.

 

Thanks for the reply . Here's my situation. I have a 94 f150 rwd inline 6 with electric shift automatic w/overdrive not working- as soon as i press on the accelerator it drops out of od. I would gradually like to convert this truck to a 5 spd 4x4. Local junkyards always have ford trucks of various years and types. I just need to know what will fit on mine. Craigslist has parts trucks with the parts i need but most are from the 80's. Same with the junkyards. LKQ has an 88 f150 5spd on an 8cyl 4x4. Would the 5spd fit on a six? Thanks for the help.

 

The inline six shares a bellhousing bolt pattern with the Windsor V-8's.... 5.0/302 & 5.8/351 ci.

​​​​​​​7.5l/460 V-8's are a different bolt pattern and use a different style slave cylinder

 

Thanks for the reply. Would the 4x4 axles and transfer case from an 88 fit on a 94 ?
