58 F350 vin number location

I have a 58 f350 and I'm looking for the vin number I can't find it anywhere on the cab

Try glovebox door.

Tried the glove box, doors, fire wall and nothing. Anywhere else

I've read that it's hidden on the frame somewhere. Not sure if this applies to your year.

Sounds like the tag has been removed. try the top of frame rail passenger side just in front of the cab.

Only number I could find is on the top of the frame rail, drivers side just infront of the steering box

I found mine on the passenger side frame rail (in front of the heater inlets) on top about 1 foot to the front of the firewall. Had to wire brush to look for it. Hope that helps.

If not there, look here: Rating Plate could also be installed on upper left (drivers) side A pillar (windshield post), visable when the door is opened.
