5.4 throttle body spacer

I was doing some researching online and I seen a few throttle body spacers. Has anyone tried these? Do they work? Please help. Thanks

How about some good old snake oil? Bulb fluid? Vortex air twister?
What?! You mean that they are only designed to separate people from their money?
Surely the H2O injection works though?
