What is it???

Ok, I did the heater core in my 1993 Bronco. I'll try to describe this as best I can..........There is a small box in the lower far right corner behind the glove box that has a rectangular connector going into it. It's on a factory plastic bracket and holds this black box. I had to unplug it to do the heater core but not remove the box. What the heck is it or what does it do???
My first thought was maybe a keyless entry??? Did 1993 Broncos have keyless entry???

Keyless entry was an option. My 95other has it. However that box is usually behind the dash cluster/radio area.

A picture would really help here bit my best guess is you found the inertia switch for the fuel pump. Does it have a tiny red button on top?

It's not the inertia switch. I found that in the right floor kick panel. Trying to figure out how to put in a pic......

not 100% sure of it without a pic but I'm guessing its the switch box relay for your wiper motor...if its unplugged your wiper blades wont work.
