Camshaft selection and rockers

300s were always hydraulic. Why would you want solids on a low rev motor like the 300? Even if you are going to spin it to 6000 rpms, the hydraulics will still work if you can keep the rods in it and get the right springs.
Crower shows a couple solid cams with a 7000 rpm peak power level, 7500 redline, should you have a small fortune to put into the motor.
They sell rockers also, but I couldn't find 240/300 specific items. Since others here have mention using Chevy rockers I'm sure Crower would know an interchange that would work.

Are you building a performance engine, or just one you will have to constantly fiddle with? There is no reason to prefer solids in a standard or even mild engine, especially when you will have to go to the aftermarket if not a custom application for adjustable rockers. The path most traveled is the way to go here.

Roller rockers are nice, I wouldn't mind having a set.
A roller cam would be nice too, but from what I've read I'd have to modify some 429/460 lifters and have a custom cam cut? Might be a bit out of my price range.
If I do wind up building this motor it'll be a truck engine for sure, I would shoot for 350-400 ft lbs at a nice low RPM. A Holley 570, Offy DP, HD exhaust manifold. Looking for something more reliable than the 390 I've got now, and at least comparable on power.

The link lands you at page 67, so you have to scroll to 75.

Schneider Cams has a nice selection of roller grinds and they claim to do custom solid rollers as well.

Forget what I said about lifters, I just checked Crower's website and top of the lit is Crower's new solid roller lifters for the 300!
Severe-Duty Mechanical Roller Lifters
Not cheap for sure, but as far as I know they're the only one making them.
