need help with codes

hey guys I am new to FTE and love it so far. I just completed a long block on my 2002 7.3 and now I have 4 different codes they are as follows.
P0475 I know the fix to this one.
P0603
P1316
P1282
Any ideas will be great the truck had no codes before the engine swap and now these.

Welcome to FTE. Are you having any symptoms, or just getting the codes? If you clear the codes, do the same ones always come back, or are you having a no start condition?

the truck starts it is a little slow to start it spins over a little more then normal and is running a little rough. I cleared the codes and they come back and now the check engine light comes on and off not flashing but it comes and goes i have not put it back on the scanner yet to see what codes it is giving now though

This is 100% normal until the air works its way out of HPO system. You often need to drive 50mi or more to do that. After its warm, 'get on it' a little to help force the air out of the HPO rails, etc.

Good luck, keep us posted!

Ok guys here is an update. I have replaced the IPR and ICP which fixed almost all of the problems and have drove it some and seems to be running good now the SEC light comes on and off from time to time it is throwing IDM Faults code I replaced the IDM a few months back and now this is happening. Does anyone have any ideas on the IDM Faults. I have checked all the wireing connections and it has new UVCH and Valve Cover Gaskets. any help will be great

What tool are you using to pull codes?

P1316 stored IDM codes usually requires a BUZZ or KOEO selftest to get the stored IDM codes.

Did you clear the codes before performing the BUZZ test?

So you are saying that after the BUZZ test is complete the only code is P1316?

If that's the case I would start by checking all the wiring start at the IDM.

I have checked all the wireing do you think the idm could be bad and is there anyway for me to check the IDM to see if it is bad
we cleared all the codes preformed the buzz test and it gave no faults and all sounded good we then started the truck and the SEC light came on and the P1316 code came back

Usually a failed IDM is accompanied by a P1298 as well.

Perform the BUZZ test again without clearing the continuous memory codes, don't clear anything until after the BUZZ test. See if there are more codes then.

ok we will try that in the morning if it does not pull any codes what do you think I need to do. I have a life time warranty on the IDM so I may see about getting one on the way just to be safe. I run my bussiness with this truck and I am using my back up 1989 F350 7.3 non turbo to pull my trailer and it is killing me with the fuel economy

Honestly I don't know...I have never seen a P1316 by itself personally.
