Door Catch Adjustable?
OK so here goes.. ive had my truck for almost 2 weeks now... I know where 2 of my doors rattles are coming from but not sure how to fix it. I know it has to do with where the doors Catch mechanism is and the striker.. Its like the catch just isnt gripping the striker firmly enough and is allowing the door to have a little play back and forth on the striker. (Figure this out by pushing on the outside of the door while it was shut. I tried moving the striker back figuring i could adjust it there but apparently its already back as far as it can go. My question is - is the catch mechanism thats in the door itself adjustable?? like if i loosen the screws so it can be moved back and forth?? so that way when the striker meets the catch itll always be under tension or no?
