Help. Need parking brake F250 1972 4x2 Heavy Duty

Help Help!! Please!!
I am looking for:
Cable Assy, rear Parking Brake Right side. Also “Left side” if possible.
For: Ford F-250 1972 390 4x2 with Heavy Duty Brakes, 2 ½ inch drums. (Is this Bendix?)
This is very very important for me, because I can’t get my truck approved for license, without this being fixed.
But Heavy Duty version is hard to get. Can anyone please help me?

Also; Do anyone know the part number for this?

Regards Bård
