I haven't seen this truck personally. I love these trucks, If I didn't already have myself in over my head with 51's, 52's & 53 trucks I could see myself adopting this one.... BUT I figure if I get one then that turns into 2, 3 so on....
I like the bed on the one that Fun-Ford just got better though.

You need one. That's a great family parts hauler.

 

It's one of two things: a Brazilian made Crew Cab Ford, or a custom job. Unless there was a conversion company in the US that made them like that, but it looks a lot like ones I have seen pictures of from South America.

 

These trucks were usually converted by aftermarket companies and built for railroad, utility and other commercial companies. Note the absence of a left rear door. It's a 3 door truck, similar to the 67-72 Suburbans. Similar versions have been found in earlier body styles.

 

I am aware of the three usual suspects for the American made conversions, as the one i'm picking up is one of them.

This one looks different. Anyone know who would have made this longer one?

Hi this is my truck at the top of this thread it is an armbruster conversion its a cool looking truck I think. I love the long and low look to it.

 

Just curious, why are you selling it? Too many projects or was it purchased to flip?

 

Just trying to save it from being crushed I got it from a salvage yard I couldn't believe someone would just turn it in for scrap. I fell in love and had to take it home with me. So just hoping someone will want to give it a good home it deserves a better restoration than I can afford to give it.
