Fuel leak

If it is still leaking after you rebuilt it, It can only be one of about three issues.
1-You cut an o-ring putting things back together
2-You have holes rotted into the bottom of the fuel bowl itself
3-It is leaking from somewhere else (fuel pump, rubber hoses, etc...)
And for the money, I would fix the fuel bowl, or put the $300 towards e-fuel instead of spending that much on another fuel bowl. That or I am pretty confident that you could find a used one for a lot less than that. Shoot there are probably guys on here that have done e-fuel that would sell you their bowl for cheap.

I'm about to replace the fuel pump on my 97 F250. I'm interested in the efuel option. Can anyone give me some details? The dealership wants $1100 bucks to replace the pump. I can do it myself for about $200 or I can go with efuel. If I can do that for $500 or less, then I want to give it a try.

500 is pushing it, probably can be done, but tough. I'm following TJ's thread, about 700 or so doing it this way.

Here are some wiring options if you do this.
