Oklahoma City Anyone Crank/Main seal Install tools?

Looking to borrow or rent the rear and front main seal and wear ring installation/removal tools for a day.

I would also be open to paying someone overnight shipping plus extra if not in Oklahoma City.

Thanks!

I caved and ordered them...
I will be unloading them at a discount when I'm done if anyone is interested.
Or I could loan them out to any members that need them.

Cab off?!?! Very nice. I originally called Blackwater, those tools is why I didn't go with them. They won't put the covers on,,,, no matter what. How much did you pay(if you don't mind) and how was shipping time, the whole experience with them? I got a clutch for 900, and got more studs, and an oil cooler, and both front n rear covers on, and my charge was 7035.

ohh didn't read your post clearly enough (*** deep in engine ATM) The longblock was $4400 with ARPs $100 for shipping, no upfront core charge, shipping time was less than a week.....
But....
they installed Victor Reinz black diamond head gaskets(the whole gasket set is v/R) and are standing by their belief that MAHLE(Victor Reinz) makes the OEM gaskets for Ford and these are infact OEM. OEM to me means genuine FORD or International.

The black diamond gaskets are supposed to be exactly the same as the OEM with a black coating on the sealing surface.

Don't order from Black water if you want Official FORD OEM gaskets, and I would check with Performance MFG to see if they buy their "OEM" gaskets from MAHLE or Victor Reinz.

I can't get my flywheel front adapter off. I wiggled the rear cover off over the seal and the adapter, but that front adapter seems like it is press fit on there.

How do I get it off?
It seems like it is just a flat piece. Is it just stuck on there with locktite?
Can I just hit it straight down with a mallet or does it have to come off a center spindle. I can't tell with it on there

I'm also not quite sure which part gets locktite when I put the new one on the new engine.

If you are referring to the piece that has the six bolts DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT even think about trying to remove it, because if you do, THE CRANKSHAFT IS GARBAGE AT THAT POINT!!!

No no the adapter plate that goes onto that. I got it off with a pulley puller.

Should I spray gasket tack or gasket maker on the front and rear gasket grooves and surfaces? What about the oil pan? should I RTV all the way around?

I'm still not exactly sure where the locktite goes on the main seals?

No Loctite or gasket maker is needed on any of the areas you mention.
