In all honesty, you'd be a fool to let it go for under $750. If you part the truck out, motor, tranny, axles, rims and tires (if the tires are any good, or just rims), from the pics you have up, I see it's a 4x4, so cost of the transfercase can get added in, the door on the drivers side doesn't look to be in terrible shape, and a lot of people want those doors for the mirrors. the front bumper, the hood, the front clip, headlights, all those things parted out separately would easily bring more than 1000 bucks.
Much like fordka, I hate to see wasted parts. A lot of this stuff is getting harder and harder to come by, especially good original parts.
I truly encourage you to try to sell the entire thing to somebody that will use it, or get rid of it part by part to people that will use it. I just sold my highboy that I have been scavenging parts off of for a year. All that was left on it was the cab (gutted) doors, all the glass, the fenders, and the radiator support. The frame, axles, tranny and transfercase were there, but I think the transfercase was junk, and the driveshafts were on it. I solt it for 350 for just THAT. no motor, no interior, no box, no lights. But had I sold the axles, the frame, the cab which was in good shape, I could have made over 500 bucks, but I was given an offer and had to do 0 work to pull it apart. Just something to think about.

Ive bought trucks in pretty good shape for 3-700 bucks, I wouldnt touch a rusted out one that sounds as bad as yours for more then 300ish bucks.
Might be different up here though, as ya can find rusty trucks pretty cheap, and they are plentiful. (although it sounds like yours is really bad for rust!)
Agreed with others you can part it out for quite abit, if your willing to yank parts and store a half torn apart truck at your place.
