Where have you looked?
Reproduced, available from Dennis Carpenter. Listed/illustrated as C3AZ-6312-A in his 1957/66 repro truck parts catalog on page 40 @ $120.00. Call 800-476-9653, order this catalog...it's free.
Also available from Dearborn Classics in Bend OR (800-252-7427). Their part number: HAB10
If you don't want a repro, there are SIX available NOS from Green Sales Co. in Cincinnati OH (800-543-4959) / C3AZ-6312-E is the correct Ford part number.
At the factory a rubber gasket is placed between the outer pulley and inner damper, then the three parts are pressed together forming a one piece assembly.
What happens to it: The rubber gasket age cracks/shrinks, the outer pulley begins to "walk away" from the inner damper.
If not noticed in time, the pulley will separate from the damper...fly off...taking assorted belts and etc along with it. May end up in the radiator core! Not pleasant.
Have you checked your trucks harmonic balancer recently? Probably not and I doubt too many other members of this forum have checked their harmonic balancers either.
