Alternator 95@ to a 135@?

I did, and even with two 25W lights, 4.1 amps is enough to make the voltmeter drop when the headlights are on. Only at idle, but still. If it's cold outside and you're stuck in traffic or at a stop light, it'll drop the voltage down pretty good.
Or maybe my grounds are bad... Or the alternator's going...

The headlight relay setup is a great way to go. I used to have the one LMC sells. I know have one from RJM Injection. Its much better. I also have Sylvania Xtra Vision bulbs. This works great.
I also did the 130 amp alternator upgrade. I got one for a diesel. Every truck I have been in from our generation has had dim lights from voltage drop at idle, especially when the AC, lights, radio, wipers, brake lights etc are on. Mine no longer does this.
