I got my felpro set from Advance for about $85 within the last year, but it seems felpro no longer makes the set. Its KS2361 if you want to search, but I could only find one off beat company that lists having it available and I doubt they actually have it.

Another option is to buy the head gasket set, and what they call a conversion set that has the bottom end gaskets. I don't know why they call it a conversion set, maybe because has a rubber pan gasket instead of cork? I didn't do a piece by piece comparasion between the full set and the two smaller sets but it looked to me like everything is there except the freeze plugs. I'd go with brass ones anyway. Napa has the brass set for $16. They also have a block heater like you were looking for and its $25.

Both Advance and Autozone have the smaller gasket sets, made by felpro. Price for both at Advance would be around $110. Autozone is a little cheaper by about $5, plus you get the credit on your card. I think when you get 5 credits you get $20 in store cash.

Napa sells a sealed power full set SEP 2601420 for $134. I've used sealed power in the past with no problems. Don't think it has the freeze plugs either.

The set you list may be fine, but its not something I'd want to find out wasn't later on.

Check Rockauto.com They were closing out gasket sets cheap for the 4.9 when I needed one back in May. It wasn't a Felpro, but worked fine for me.

I've never had any luck trying to save money by buying something other than what I really need.

The price difference between the set you linked and the two sets that would give you everything you need for the right year is only $25 or $30.
If you get the rubber gasket for the pan you are at about the same price, and you will have to reuse your plenium, tb, egr, and idle motor gaskets. All gaskets that have can cause vacuum leaks.
