My 02 Mountaineer doesn't have any air flow volume out of the heat, defrost, or a/c vents. The temp will change from hot to cold and the air direction will also change from floor, dash, windshield, ect. The a/c recirculation door also seems to be working. The fan sounds as it is running very fast, just not putting out any volume. What should I look for? Thanks

 

sounds like a relay, I would also take a look at the blower motor. It is definatly something electrical. Switch ?

 

Fan is blowing fine at every speed, there has to be blockage somewhere that is not allowing the fan to get enough incoming air or a door that isn't completely opening, thus preventing full air flow. Was kinda of hoping someone that has had this problem before would chime in! Thanks

 

Air inlet was stopped up, cleaned out mouse nest and now have great air volume.
