Auxiliary/SYNC messed up!

I have a 2009 F-150 Lariat, and my auxiliary and sync has been messed up for a while. Even my phone button and cigarette lighter is out. I have checked all of the fuses, and I still can't find the problem. What do you guys suggest or think the problem may be?

First- welcome to FTE! Second, is your 3/36 B2B warranty up? I haven't read anything here with those symptoms, maybe someone else will chime in

Welcome to FTE. I haven't heard of that issue either. It definitely sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order.

3 years/36,000 miles for bumper to bumper. If you're at 50,000 miles, it'll be on your dime to get it fixed unless you purchased an extended warranty through Ford.

I have had this happen. Try disconnecting your battery, + & - for about 15 minutes. Should reset the radio and be fine. I had to do this once in my 09. Another time it did it ford replaced my radio because mine was a defective unit.
