Correct Data Tag/Plate Information

Correct Data Tag/Plate Information
My truck is missing the firewall and glovebox data plate. I have purchased replacements and would like to have these stamped with my truck's information, in the correct format. This is my question, what is the correct format? I have tried a google images search and also searching FTE, however I'm still unsure, I've seen quite a few different examples:
On the firewall patent plate the formats I have seen are:
*98RC-*123456* or 98RC-123456
On the Glovebox plate under Engine Number section:
F198RC-123456 or 98RC-123456-
Also does anyone know the correct model number a 1950 Ford F1 should have on the glovebox plate?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
Richard
