Chipped 89 460?

I have a 89 f250 with a 7.5. I'm getting tired of the 240 HP and the lower torque... I don't really know much about this stuff. Can I put a tuner in it? Does someone make one and if they do, how hard is it to install? Thanks.

A chip isn't gonna give you anything you can't get for free on this old beast. the EFI system is too old and basic. Do a search for the 6liter tunup and do all that and then fit a free flowing exhaust and you'll see significant gains.

Ok! Makes sense. When you sayto free flowing, do you mean straight piping it?

"Free flowing" means eliminate as much of the factory exhaust as possible including the manifolds, it could be a single or duals doesn't matter but it doesn't have to be hugh, dual 2-1/2" or a single 3" would outperform stock as long as you use something better than crimp bent tubing.
