Need to remove rubber trany mount

I did similar, started with a chisel and BFH to open a gap and then drove a big pry bar in there. Put a jack under the end of the pry bar (yeah, lazy I know but saves the back) and levered it out. It's an extremely tight fit. Use some rubber grease on the new one and clean out all rust before installing, I used a trolley jack and timber spacer to press the new one in, it lifted the truck before it was all the way home. The bolts pulled it the rest of the way in.
