Question 1985 F150 5.0 MFPI Engine running rich

The engine is running extremely rich. Black smoke from exhaust. Fuel pressure when idling is about 20 PSI. Suspect fuel injectors are staying open constantly. Have checked all grounds for proper connection and continuity. Checked ground circuits on both banks of injectors and there is no short to ground. Code check has ECU showing all sensors bad (out of range) except O2 sensor. Unlikely that all sensors went at once.
Anyone know what symptoms are for a failed CPU? Anyway to check? Code check made was KOEO.

Pull the vacuum line off the fuel regulator located on the fuel rail. If there is gas in it, it's bad.
