I had a bad squeal I thought was coming from my belt tensioner I replaced 15k miles ago, but it turns out it was alternator. So this one is perfectly good and only has 15k miles on it. Came off my 2000 F250 7.3 PSD.

OEM motorcraft. Great deal.

 

Had a failure yesterday with my tensioner, The washer/bush/spacer which holds the unit together "flew to bits", moving out of alignment, destroying the belt.
My question, is the washer/bush available? The rest of the unit is intact & in good shape. Seems a pity to have to spent $350AU for a complete replacement tensioner (yes they are that expensive in Australia for aftermarket, genuine, don't ask)
