labor rates here in jersey are between 80 and 120 per hour.
with that said, the shop i use for front end alignment charges $60, no matter what vehicle it is. if it fits on the 15,000 lb lift it costs $60 to do the alignment with any parts needed to do the job properly added to the cost.
and camber bushings are $21 at napa.

I've always taken my trucks, lifted or not, to Les Schwab or Big O for alignments. I usually take it in, let them tell me what degree camber bushing I need, take it back home and replace the bushing myself and then take it back and have it aligned. Back where I grew up there was an alignment shop that did the best alignments around, with camber bushing, for around $120. Everyone in town took their vehicles to them for alignments.
