COE vs. Standard Cab door glass and guides

Its time for new door glass, guide channels and seals. for my F5 COE. Has anyone done this. The glass is no problem getting cut locally. Will standard cab guides and seals fit? Any suggestions for best quality parts?

All the same ,door rubber is different but you will have to used them and they will work
