hi guys i have a 1989 ford aerostar van and i have to hold the ignition switch in the run position in order for it to stay running and the starter isnt grinding wondering what the problem could be i think ignition switch itself

 

The relay could be stuck open on the fire wall, next to the battery. also check the fuse links at the same location.
