Question Quick Tire check before purchase

Hi Guys,

Im just doing a quick check before i pull the plug on a purchase.

Looking at the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac 325/65R18

Will these tires work on a stock 2012 F-350 ??

I wouldn't go that wide on the factory wheels, but that's just my opinion.

It will "work" but the tire is likely to wear funny being the center is sucked in so much on a skinny wheel.

295 ish is the widest tire I'd put on the stock wheels.

Check the driver side door jamb sticker

I got a 250 and the stock rims are 18 x 8

Nice tires by the way

Ok so ive got 18x8. So you dont want to be wider than that. But is 0.3" really too much wider?

It depends on how much air you run in the 325s, if you run the at 65 or higher then they should wear Ok, just my .02...........I always run my LT tires hard like 75 to 85 PSI

I have 295 nitto terras on these XLT 18 inch rims and that's as large a tire as I'll go.
Makes the truck look great though over the 275 conti's.

I just purchased those exact tires(same size).....but they are on aftermarket rims. If you don't have at least a leveling kit of some sort on the truck I would not go that big.

295 tires look really good and perform very well. I would not go wider if you ask me.
