Power Door Locks, **NEED HELP FAST**

The powered door locks continously locking/unlocking even when we are out and away from the vehicle. We could not get it to stop, so we walked into Wal-Mart and it was doing it when we returned. It has done this once before driving down the road, but eventually stopped. I found nothing here on the forum in regards to this. We did have one issue a while back where the speedometer and tach was acting screwy was going backwards and so forth. After time finding out what was wrong, it was the battery was going bad and didn't have all the power it needed. We were told it need to have a full charge all the time for the electronics to work properly. That solved that issue, but we have a newer battery about 1 year old now and the lock issue has come about. Anybody have any ideas? I have one more thing here the keypad stopped working cannot unlock the doors any longer. I can lock the truck by the pad, but not unlock it. Even the orginal code from the factory will not work. I've tried both.

Sounds like a short in the keypad to me.
