Well, for one thing, I don't care for corresponding with someone that is a car. I prefer to talk to a human. If you're a dealer (which I suspect you are trying to be cute) you should be well aware of the problems MFT has. Ask your service manager

Dude, I'm just the truck. I'm not good at knowing most of the technical stuff that goes on inside me.
So, tell me what's wrong with My Ford Touch? I'm listening.
Since we got ours in 2007 when they were first redesigned we feel like we've had the most current model for over 6 years which is kind of nice. It's always hard when you see the new body style of your vehicle roll out and it's only been a couple of years since you dropped a bomb for yours. I was surprised they kept the body the same again for 2013. I'm hoping they come out with something that blows us away when the re-do the expedition since the explorer seems like a big Ford Edge type vehicle to many people. I am also interested to see what the ecoboost would be like in the expedition for both power (when you need it) and fuel economy. I can maybe get up to 18 mpg on the highway when driving very nice but most of the time it's more like 16-17 mpg. We love the size and flexibility of the expedition with the 3 row seats. I like the feel that this is still a "truck" for my wife to cart our kids around in. We use ours for most of the family stuff too so I am driver then. I have an F350 so I don't like the idea of my wife and kids being in anything smaller than the expedition - I like our odds better in bigger vehicles.
