If the IPR wires are fried, you need to fix those first. The truck won't run without an operating IPR.

alright well good news guys i have gotten the truck fixd and runs pretty good now, although it seems like after i first start the tuck it takes a little while to warm up. Meaning that when you give it fuel once it hits 2500 rpms it starts missing but holding the fuel for a minute it will get past that and be fine.It also blows white smoke after you first start it and give it fuel

Any ideas?
