Question Lubrication Points

Does anyone know where I can find decent diagrams for all of the lube points on a 99 F-350 PSD. I have the CD-ROM from Ford for a 1999 truck, but can't seem to find the diagrams for that. I have also seen on eBay a CD-ROM for "Chilton's Total Car Care". Maybe they are on there ?
