i dont understand the cost he's quoting you. why cant you just get a wrecking yard or CL rear diff??

there are plenty of guys over on FSB selling rear diffs in your area. $200 and a day to swap and your back on the road.

 

I sold my rear for $30 .. There dirt cheap

 

I don't think the rear diff is the main issue. There might be other ones. Also living in an apartment complex he might not be able to work on it there.

 

I agree with mr GJ.. he doesn't have the space or room the work on it

 

Though I do feel bad that he won't be able to fix it but not having a broken bronco is better than having an eviction notice IMO... That's why when I finally move out of my parents house, I want to rent or own a house.
