Ford "ToughBed"

FWIW I had the Ford factory "ToughBed" spray liner ordered for my 2012 F250 long bed lariat I picked up in February. Have had over twenty 1300lb wood pallets pushed into the bed. Absolutely no indications of any ToughBed liner distress. Sometimes I have scraped off pallet paint left on the "liner", which disappears in time. So far happy with the product.

Thanks for posting this. I have pretty much always had Line-X, and was wondering how this Tough Bed would hold up.

I work for a local municipality and all of the new trucks are coming through with this tough bed. we have not seen any failure or fatigue in any of the liners in the fleet. I will be getting this liner when its time for me to get a new truck. I was quite impressed

In June 2012, LINE-X bought the company that applies the Tough Bed for Ford, Ground Effects, Ltd. The product is not a LINE-X product right now, but.....

The same company also applied the "factory" bedliner for Chrysler Group.

The only big problem with the current Tough Bed is that it's pretty thin. It provides a slip resistant surface, but not much impact protection.
