1960 F250 4X4 Disc Brake Conversion

So I have been trying to find a disc brake conversion kit for my 1960 F250 but can only seem to find conversion kits for the 1/2 ton. Any ideas which newer F250s have the same axles as the '60 (Dana 44 front and 60 rear, I believe)? I've heard rumors that a '78 might be compatible but I want to check before I go to the pick and pull.

Thanks in advance.

78-79 f250's had the best dana44's high pinion, flat top knuckles and two piston calipers. I believe some 76-77's had the same disk brakes but low pinion. should share same frame width as the spring perches, but leaf-spring width may be diffrent. The late model axles have wide spring perches so they are incompatible.
This place sells a kit for the large closed knuckle 8 lug dana 44
