Tie Rod End replacement. Should I complain?

Tie Rod End replacement. Should I complain?
Already angry about this. I bought a used truck and took it in to get the brakes checked and tires rotated.
They call and say that a ball joint needs replaced and a tie rod end. They say they will do it for $400. That seemed almost fair so I told them to go ahead.
4 weeks later im getting weird steering issues where sometimes it seems harder to steer. So I take a look. I cant see that any ball joint has been replaced. I check the bill and its not on there So they basically charged me $400 to change a tie rod end.
Then I notice the tie rod end they replaced looks crooked. It even looks like it has been bent because of the bad installation. How bad is this? Should I take it back and make them fix it and complain about the ball joint? Is $400 reasonable to change 1 tie rod end?
See Album.

They definitely half assed that job... I would definitely complain and threaten to report them to the BBB and make a big fuss. I hate getting screwed.
That tie rod wouldn't take an hour to do. Price of the part is probably less than $100. Ball joint is a bit more and takes some time. See if they can do the job again at no cost to you and get it right and inspect before you get the truck back and sign anything.
Before going in, take some pics of the other parts so that they don't accidentally "go bad" all of a sudden once you take the truck in to fix their screw up.
