Were these new injectors with the build as well? If they aren't loosing tons of oil, I would think it's electrical issue. Voltage is also still very low.

In the last frame, you started getting PW so the IDM seems to be communicating with the PCM once the CPS was plugged back in.

Is the HPOP still, full? Have you filled it after a long crank, it makes it a little quicker to start sometimes.

Batteries are stuffed Al. Its Sunday here now and I will be hard up trying to find anyone open that carries these type. And the HPOP is bone dry after about 15 extended cranks. Thats what is worrying me.

Well, as you probably know the LPOP is what fills the reservoir. That's where I would start and not worry too much about the batts at the moment.

Tach won't move on your rig, but it is working since you are getting an RPM signal.

Usually a hung IPR will go up to about 250ish PSI and then stay there. With pressures that low at that high of a duty cycle there just has to be no oil any huge oil leaks under the VCs

yep got all that, thanks but it looks like Im going to have to pull the engine again. After 2 days of cranking the HPOP reservoir is bone dry. I hooked up a shop vac to the port on top of the reservoir and I cant pull any oil up. I had a issue with the oil pickup tube being real close to the bottom of the pan but I decided to ignore it. There was clearance but it was on the low side of what was recommended. Looks like its going to come back at me 10 fold.

Fill the reservoir and let it sit over night to see if you have a drain back issue

will do but I triple checked that drain back check valve when I put her in. I hooked up a pressure gauge to the hpop reservoir and got a zero reading. I have been manually filling the reservoir and the cranking is emptying it. It has also sat while I went out to get batteries and was at the same level when I got back.

it is Al. Thats just the way it sat. Asked around a few times and many varying answers in regards the clearance between the pick up and the bottom of the pan. Theres about 1/4 " maybe a tad more
