So my friend took his crank window 2006 f150 to a custom shop long ago and had his truck fitted with non OEM power windows. Its an extended cab but only the front windows go down. Long story short they're faulty now and I'm telling him to go with OEM, how much would it cost? Do parts from any 04-08 work?

 

I don't have any answers for you, but may I suggest buying new doors from a scrapyard. just make sure the windows work before buying

 

Id look up the parts on Tousley's website first. Gonna need new switch panels...switches...tracks...regulators...etc. Could get pricey.

 

It's going to cost less $ to fix what he has or put the stock setup back in.
