What front end do I have?

My truck is a 2000 F350 SD CC SRW. I was wondering what front end I have so I can get an aluminum diff cover. Thanks

99-01 was Dana 50 then Dana 60 from 02+

So, to be clear the Dana 50 and Dana 60 take a different cover?

nope, same cover for either, the main difference is a smaller ring gear/pinion set up and the inner shafts neck down from 1.5" to 1.31" (or so) as they enter the carrier, sucks for us D50 people.
