OEM D60 knuckles show up on ebay for $200/pr but more often than not the DS knuckle already has the infamous 'crack and repair'.

Aftermarket knuckles are available for around $300/ea and they're much more beefy and stout than the oem D60 Ford knuckles.

is there a way to repair them other then gouge it out and weld it up like i did? i welded it slow and let it cool between passes but it still cracked.
