ID Spare Tire Cover

My dad found this cover in the basement of his old Ford dealership a few years back. He is thinking it fits a 35 or 36 Ford.
Any of you recognize it?
I would try selling it if I had a positive ID.

Numberdummy would be the one to ask. Meanwhile the diameter and depth would give a clue, as well as the profile. Looks like the cutout was to clear the license plate?
