Either you need a bigger mower...or fewer breaks. I'm trying to talk the wife into one of these:

Diesel Lawn Mower | Bad Boy Mowers

She keeps saying something about the yard isn't big enough for a mower like that. My response was..."we need a bigger yard then". Yeah, she didn't go for that either.

Used to. Been slowly converting it all from field to yard. I can do it in a little less than 6 hours normally, but it was thick and wet Friday. Dew didn't fully lift until 1 in the afternoon. My little 46" mower definitely isn't getting it done anymore...... But those big bad zero turns are way out of my price range.

Hopefully I'll only have to cut it a couple more times.

I thought you worked for the Chair Force? Your pocket aren't that deep?

The weather guessers are saying this time tomorrow it's going to be in the upper '40s for lows. Time to dig the jacket back out for that morning commute.

I' sore as all get out this morning, had to go all the Conway to find a trencher I could rent for a single Saturday.

I wound up renting one of these:

It's a cool rig, but wears you out more than you realize considering you ride on it.. you have to constantly fight for your balance.. I'd liken it to riding a bull that you steer (although I've never done that)

It has a bucket attachment too that I used a little too, but after 5 hours on it, I was beat.

We managed to get about 120ft of the water line put in Sunday. We should be able to finish that up this evening.

Yeah... I do. That's why I'm always broke. Paying military contracts is not part of NObama's budget.

Oops....I can't say that.

Just keep reminding yourself it could be worse, could have done it the old fashion way with a shovel. I used one of those walk-behind to cut a 200' long trench for an electric line at the church a couple of years ago. That was too much like work!

$2000 seems too cheap for new injectors and GP's at a dealer, could be a low compression motor? Who knows I guess. Based on the symptoms I would have guessed injectors or fuel starvation. But if it has new injectors in it, that doesn't leave a whole lot on the table.

Not a bad price on a gamble though, as I think you could recoup some by parting out if the motor was bad.

For those of us that don't drive a 7.3L....hear me out. Would low/weak batteries effect this truck as far as starting goes? I'm thinking (A) it's been sitting there for 11 months so the batteries more than likely haven't seen a charge in a while...and (B) wouldn't weak batteries keep the GP from getting hot enough to really heat the cylinders up? Don't get me wrong, I have no use for another 3/4 ton...I don't drive mine enough as it is. But I'm wondering if a good batteries would help it start?

Speaking of batteries, how's those new ones working for you Harry?

Definitely weak batteries could cause a similar issue, I guess I just read between the lines and would have assumed the dealer would have checked that, before allegedly replacing injectors.

I was thinking bad fuel pump.. possibly plugged pickup in the tank.

In this weather, it should start pretty quick glow plugs or not.
