I have no doubt. You have to have snow tires, studs/chains for some of the mountain passes up here. In the city its no problem though. The roads are cleared quick.

They are ok on the highways and in town. The southern road to Nevada and Utah is restricted to chains/studs and snow rated tires. Its pretty scary sometimes.

Good idea. One thing I do like, is they dont use salt here so the undercarriages dont get all eaten up.

I know they use salt here like crazy, and the DPW is right down the street from my house.

Only 70" Tim???? A normal seasonal snow total here is around 110", but if you factor in lake effect snow....

Just think, I could be on the Tugg Hill Platue (sp?).... they can get 48" in 24 hours if the winds are in the right direction off of the lake.
