Anyone know what option packages were available in 2011 with 3.7 engine? What kind of mileage is this engine rated at?

The 3.7L was available on XLT 4x2's and lower 4x2 and 4x4 models. The 3.7L on a 4x2 truck is factory rated at 23 mpg's.

 

If I understand your post... to find one in 4x4 it will be in the XL trim? Or XLT?

IIRC the 3.7L was available on 4x4 XL and STX trucks and 4x2 XLT trucks. 4x4 XLT trucks came standard with the 5.0L.

 

It looks like you can go all the way up to a SCab XLT 4x4 with a 6.5' box with the 3.7L V6 - Only with a 3.73 non-limited slip axle. Looks like that carries up from the XL and STX too, with 4x4. Once you select the SuperCrew cab it automatically changes the engine to the 5.0L. You can get the 3.7L in the SCrew, but only in 4x2 config.
