recall 12b33b question

Took my truck in the other day for oil change and this recall. this is on the invoice. 12b33 open recall no dtcs found reprogramed pcm/tmc/nox/gpcm. So can somebody tell me what all that means? thanks. Also i will be installing air bags in the next day or two, is it easer to install with the wheels off or does it matter that much? Thanks again

Info on 12b33b can be found here

I installed my air bags with the wheels on. They didn't cause any issues.

It means that your vehicle will unexpectedly shut down and you will need to tow it to a repair shop. Doesn't matter what time of day or where you are ...error message comes up and then power reduces and then shortly thereafter engine stops and you are stuck.

i think its better with the wheels on, only because it saves time. taking the wheels off doesn't offer any benefit as far as getting the bag installed easier

Another wheels on vote, it's better if it's on a lift but not really necessary.

Had Airlifts put on my14DRW yesterday with wheels on.....only hitch was, the factory gooseneck plate had to be removed as it covered the boltholes for the bag mounts
