please help wagner brake master cylinder needed

Hi can you help me i need a brake master cylinder for my 1957 ford f350 trucks i know it is made by wagner but i have no idea were to buy one from or what the part number should be.Would you have any idea who might sell one thanks its for this Photobucket

Rockauto shows one for a 1957 F-350, actually several. The Wagner part they list is MC22975 for 1 1/16" bore.
Raybestos part with 1 1/4" bore is MC22976

Do you have a picture of the master cylinder? I have one with a booster for a 1958 F350.

This is the number on mine well this is what i think it is E1s88 A345/9 made in the USA
