Wierd DashBoard Noise?

Hey Phil here i have been experiance a sound from my dashboard... It is not comming from anything under the hood or under the vehicle.

Its a sound going "rooooh rooooh" like someone is waving a starwars sword in my dash but at a higher pitched sound. it starts the stops...

if i could describe it any better its like a grinding sound but no grinding and its coming from around the ac panel/steering wheel area... its nothing in my steering wheel so i think something is in the AC system..

What could this sound be?

Does it sound like something giving off pressure? My A/C Heating regulator for the system went out and while doing so would let out little bursts of that type of noise. Have you used the A/C or heater lately?

Bolted to the backside of the A/C heater control panel is this little charmer:

A/C Vacuum Control Selector Valve Assy. All the vacuum lines connect to it, then to the blend door motors.

If one of the vacuum hoses has cracked, you'll get a whooshing noise.

woosh like a open wind sound from a vaccum booster? or a woosh like a burst of speed, my system does not squeel all the time only every now and then the rooshing sound comes and goes, its not loud its very minimal, but it still is annoying.
