Seat swap question

I have been offered a set of Leather power early 2000's Expedition leather power captains chairs. My seat are in pretty sad shape.

Does any know if these will be a direct bolt in swap or will I be breaking out the welder to fab new mounts.

My 92 F250 has facotry power captains chairs with the center console. On both of my factory seats when you try to operate them you can hear the motors work but nothing happens.

Thanks in advance

Oh well, thanks for th ereply Brad. I had to fab up new mounts for my 73 Nova when I upgraded to modern high back buckets.

At least on this one I already have power going to the seats
