does any one have a wiring daigram for a 2007 4.0 ?
Specifically, I'm looking for the passenger side upstream O2 sensor color code.

I damaged the harness connector while reinstalling the transmission. I cut off the harness connector and it got thrown out, I picked up a new connector with a pigtail on it from Ford but the color codes are different.
I have a Haynes manual that is useless for schematics. I've searched the forum with no luck.
Can anyone point me at a schematic?

Thanks guys, I did end up getting a schematic from Partsource but I had to go ino the store for the print out.
I hooked everything up, codes cleared and all was fine for a while, then the CEL came on.
I don't remember the code as I cleared it but the description was "sensor stuck on lean"
Going to check it out now.

looking at the data from the sensor I get:

O2 Sensor 1 Bank 1: 0.04v @ 66.4% s.t. fuel trim

compared to :
O2 Sensor 1 Bank 2: 0.735 @ 7.8% s.t. fuel trim.

Sensor 1 bank one is the one I rewired.

I'll figure this out.....

well either you wired it wrong, the sensor is bad or it is shorted someplace. if the ckt is open it will stay at .5 volts, shorted will be around 0 volts.
