You and me both! I think that's why these projects never seem to end.

PARTS PARTS PARTS...Always a good day when the UPS man shows up

In the mean time, I am just dealing with small things that need done for when the motor gets done.

Kieth if you needed a black glove box door I had one.....ya gotta be real specific when it comes to parts requests.

If you and I would of know about your l&L header issue you could of gotten that new set of fenderwell exits off me I had and then shipped yours to me when they came in....oops

Oh well more time to work on other things.

No fenderwell exit oOOHHHH boy hope that decision work out for you. I had a inside the frame headers set ONCE and only ONCE, NEVER AGAIN.

PITA running the rest of the exhaust, all in and around your crossmember, heat and clearance issues with the starter, front d/s clearance issues, all around clearance issues.....ect.

Good luck with that.

Ok so is the complete interior going from red to black?

Remember those red/white door panels?

If the chassis exit cause too much issue, I will switch. Not going to chop up fenderwells and rub my tires onto my headers unless I HAVE to.

I had to only trim (no chopping involved) a few inches off the bottom of the inner fender to clear the set on ol red, and I have had no tire rub issues.

Of course ol red if a F250 with 6" of lift.

Yea, stock with 33x12.5 will rub for sure...ill take my chances with the chassis and pray for the best. Im going to attempt to fab up some sort of heat shield to keep the heat off the starter. My girlfriends dad made one for his z28 he had back in the 60's and said it worked like a charm.

Something like what the factory used between the muffler and the fuel tank on some newer vehicles??

Quick update, apparently my camshaft bearing bore was too small and while putting the cam in, screwed them up. After tearing it back down to the block, machine shop noticed the bore was messed up from the factory. He has seen this a couple of times when trying to add a big cam into it apparently, idk.

BUT, cam is in now and should have the motor ready by the weekend. Still waiting on headers, which wont be shipped till around the first. Stupid L&L.
