After a pneumatic gun you always try them all with a proper lugnut wrench (the cross type) in order to check them all. I even do this at tire shops, and it paid out once when the stupid kid left all my tires loose, tightened them while on the jack, didn't finish after he lowered the truck.

Dylan... I always use a impact to tighten them down on a jack.. Then crank em down with a breaker bar so I know that tire isn't going anywhere

Put the Ronco up for sale today just to see what kinda offers I get until the end of the summer. Hope that it does/doesn't sell!

Also looked into some new deep dish rims.

You're selling your Bronco?!? Why?!?

Anyways, I went to the gas station. I had less than a quarter of a tank left. Thinking I would reach the full mark around $70 or so would should prove me wrong. Came out that the tank was full at $47 (13.666 gallons). WTF? That meant that my tank was reading that less than a quarter of gas had 12-13 gallons of gas still in it! WTF?!? I kept pumping and the gas dispenser was clicking telling me my tank was full. My fuel needle read way of the Full mark like it did before.

It's a new fuel sending unit for my 25.5G tank. People did say they usually don't read correct. I guess when I run out of gas it will be way pass the Empty line.

Oh well. I'll probably will run to about half tank and fill it back up and check and see what my mileage is.

Hrmm, weird. Maybe as a test siphon the fuel out into another container (my tank?? ) until there isn't hardly any left then run it out of gas completely to see where the needle sits. If it's past E then that's probably not a bad thing, if it's at E or above, that may be an issue. This way will also tell you your limits for the future.

EDIT: All I did was look at this sad hunk of metal... I peeked in the axle tube to see what it looked like but otherwise I did nothing.

So that way I can buy the 79 that I want. A good friend of mine had one for 400 and it just needs a fuel pump to start running again. Oh and some seats + whatever else he has parted off it

I took off work today (and lost $) however I did the driver side rusty 1/4 panel.

After trim removal and some tapping..

The driver side looked like this early today.. I then shot some Rust Reformer into the hole.. Then used long hair fiberglass 'hair'..

With fiberglass, a skim of Bondo, & primer.

With non-matching paint.. waiting on the factory MS color code paint to come in from Amazon..

Researched the heck out of the B&M Shift Kit install, so I guess I'll be doing that tomorrow, and find which year E4OD replace mine, any tips? I already know about the check ***** (it's actually the only thing that worries me).

Got 1 step closer to driving the bronco. My boss was nice and gave me a backing plate off of a 9" he had. I just have to clean it a bit and it should be ready to go.

Got er done today.. Pulled timing cover and water pump off.. Got one broken bolt out and left the other one.. Wasn't gonna bother if there's only 1 broken bolt still stuck.. Timing chain had very little slack.. I'm amazed 184k miles and its still good., but gotta start bolting everything back up tomorrow when I get a different gasket for the water pump to plate... Dropped the whole oil pan too lol.. Did a lot today and time for some food
