Which OBS Triple Gauge Pillar is best/easiest to modify for a bricknose?

I'm looking to install a triple gauge pillar mount in my bricknose. As most are probably aware, no one makes this, so most buy a pod for an OBS model and modify it. I see Summit offers two:

Auto Meter 17303 - Auto Meter Pillar Gauge Pods - Overview - SummitRacing.com

ProParts 93020 - ProParts ProPod A-Pillar Gauge Pods - Overview - SummitRacing.com

I'm just wondering what people's opinions are of these pods in terms of overall fit/finish, ease of use, and ease of modifying to work with a bricknose. And, of course, if anyone HAS found someone who makes a triple pod for the bricknose, please let me know.

If it makes a difference, I'll have to paint this one blue to match the interior, so if one is easier/better to get paint to stick to, that's a factor as well.

Mike
